TTT - QA - Staff

Job Description: The Staff resource - AI Annotation & Model Training Specialist will support the Omniforms initiative by executing high quality annotation, form mapping, synthetic data validation, and AI model training activities. This role requires strong domain expertise in tax forms and metadata, hands on experience with AI annotation workflows, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform staff level annotation and AI model training activities in support of the Omniforms project.
• Independently upload tax and regulatory forms and execute auto mapping using Omniforms tools.
• Create, correct, and optimize annotations to ensure high accuracy, consistency, and data quality.
• Conduct peer reviews of annotation work with a focus on field level mappings, metadata accuracy, and data types.
• Validate synthetic data generated from Omniforms mappings and system outputs.
• Train and test AI models, monitoring progress and ensuring successful completion of training cycles.
• Utilize Python for data validation, analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting support.
• Leverage Azure services for deploying and managing machine learning models, including LLM using OpenAI.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in software development.
• Collaborate using GitHub for version control, peer reviews, and structured collaboration workflows.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support project delivery and quality goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Good knowledge in Python programming and frameworks such as Pandas.
• Experience working with annotation tools and AI/ML systems.
• Familiarity with OCR technologies and their applications.
• Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and ML Ops.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of GitHub or similar version control platforms.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while meeting quality and delivery expectations.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
• Prior experience with Omniforms or similar document automation platforms.
• Exposure to synthetic data generation and validation techniques.
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation and performance monitoring practices.
