Job Title: Process Mapping Specialist - Black Belt
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Mapping Specialist with a Black Belt certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and statistical data analysis. Experience in tools such as Mini-Tab, R-Studio, or Python for data analysis is helpful. The candidate should also have a proven track record of handling stakeholders and end clients effectively.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mapping and Modelling: Develop and maintain detailed process maps and models to enhance business processes. Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to document current and future state processes.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor projects 
• Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis to support process improvement initiatives. Utilize statistical tools and software such as Mini-Tab, R-Studio, or Python to analyse data and generate actionable insights 
• Statistical Data Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data. Use statistical methods to support decision-making and process optimization 
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders and end clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and departments 
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives 
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in process mapping, project management, and data analysis.
• Certifications: Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mini-Tab, R-Studio, or Python for data analysis. Strong understanding of statistical methods and tools 
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders and clients effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Experience in business process modelling and documentation.
• Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in conducting gap analysis and performance metrics assessment
