EY - Technology Risk – MS D365 Manager
Join our EY Technology Risk team and play a pivotal role in IT Risk and Assurance engagements and internal projects. Your role will involve establishing and nurturing both internal and external relationships, identifying business opportunities within current engagements, and managing risks. You will also engage with senior team members to discuss and mitigate potential engagement-related risks.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager to join our EY Assurance- Technology Risk Team's leadership group. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading firm while contributing significantly to the development of a new service offering focused on MS D365 technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams on Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft D365 projects, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft D365 -related queries and updates on applicable standards.
- Develop proposals for MS D365 engagements and manage budgeting to ensure efficient team utilization.
- Maintain regular communication with onshore counterparts to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations and standards.
- Manage team schedules based on project requirements, skills, and scope of work.
- Design, develop, and implement MS D365 solutions that meet business needs efficiently and effectively.
- Provide support in Microsoft Dynamics AX to Microsoft D365 integration, ensuring smooth transition and addressing complex system issues during the migration process.
- Contribute to the MS D365 Center of Excellence (CoE) and assist with practice-wide training programs.
- Foster strong relationships across the organization and with onshore, cross-functional teams.
- Keep abreast of ERP updates, industry best practices, and promote awareness within the team.
- Deliver high-quality, value-added services on engagements and establish a reputation for excellence across the organization.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Proficient in project management, with excellent time management, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Experience with IT general controls (ITGC) and testing in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft D365 environments, including access management, change management, and SDLC.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft D365 security configurations and the ability to review and test them.
- Experience in performing pre & post-implementation reviews and migration testing in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft D365 environments.
- Understanding of data extraction methods and user access security architecture.
- Familiarity with integration points and the ability to test interface controls between systems.
- Lead the support and transition efforts for Microsoft Dynamics to Microsoft D365 integration, ensuring seamless system upgrades and efficient process migration
- Knowledge of auditing methodologies and experience with financial audit IT audits and related regulations.
- Understanding of control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, and ISACA best practices, as well as SSAE16/18 and other third-party attestation standards.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or MBA in Information Systems or CA with at least 6 years of experience.
- MS D365 functional modules certification (Preferred).
- CISA certification (Preferred).
- ISO 27001:2013 certification (Preferred).
- Any other relevant IT audit or security certification (Preferred).
