Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead product discovery and problem framing by combining user insights, market understanding, business context and data-driven analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Translate strategic priorities into product plans, feature direction and release roadmaps, balancing business value, user impact, feasibility, risks and dependencies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, data and UX teams to shape solutions and deliver high-quality, scalable product outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and MVP definition through launch, adoption, enhancement and continuous improvement.
  • Drive prioritization decisions using product management frameworks informed by value, customer needs, strategic fit, technical feasibility, cost-to-serve and delivery capacity.
  • Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, value metrics and outcome measures to assess performance, track realized benefits and inform ongoing investment decisions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and business, influencing stakeholders across functions and levels to drive alignment on product direction and priorities.
  • Support business case development, go-to-market readiness, stakeholder updates and executive communications related to product strategy and progress.
  • Apply value management practices to support business case development, benefits definition, value realization tracking and executive discussions on product investment choices.
  • Apply deep sector or domain expertise to inform use cases, workflows and product decisions; life sciences or healthcare knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Guide and mentor junior product professionals and contribute to product management best practices, playbooks and reusable assets.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends and innovation opportunities that may enhance product value and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital product delivery, business transformation or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap and measurable value outcomes.
  • Strong experience managing digital products, platforms or transformation initiatives in cross-functional and global delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to define product vision, prioritize investments, manage roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes through strong product management discipline.
  • Strong understanding of product management practices including discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, MVP definition, lifecycle management, value measurement and benefits realization.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively with business leaders, engineers, architects, designers and data teams.
  • Experience in at least one sector or domain with the ability to apply contextual knowledge to product strategy and design; life sciences/healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and experience leading complex initiatives with quality, governance and delivery discipline.
