EY- Cyber Security AEET- Security Architecture as a Service (SAaaS) – Technology Consulting – Security Architecture Analyst

As part of our EY Cyber Security’s SAaaS team, you shall be responsible for evaluating and assessing technology and Infrastructure with the key aspects of business drivers and larger enterprise security architecture perspective You’ll also help to create a positive learning culture, collaborate with your fellow team members, sub-competency to ensure you bring in inclusive approach to bring in excellence of solution and service delivery.

The opportunity

Cyber threats, social media, massive data storage, privacy requirements and continuity of the business as usual require heavy information security measures. As a security architecture analyst, you will actively participate in the implementation of security solutions for our clients and support the clients in their desire to protect the business. You will belong to an international connected team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex information security needs and contributing toward their business resilience. You will be working with our Advanced Security centres to access the most sophisticated tools available to fight against cybercrime

Your key responsibilities

• Develop architecture approach and reference architecture with Enterprise Security Architects
• Develop and participate in technology solution architecture works along with SMRs/Domain Architects
• Defining, developing, and performing current state network and Infrastructure security threat modelling, assessment, gaps and resolution, threat profiling.
• Perform Security architecture reviews on Application Security, Dev-Sec-Ops on various business and IT cross functional portfolios of client’s organization
• Perform Security contextualization analysis of technical, process and business vulnerability and risk assessment across business processes
• Participate in developing tailor-made reference and solution architecture of various disruptive technologies such as Zero trust, SDWAN, SASE, Cloud, 5G Security, Quantum Cryptography
• Actively work with Domain architects and Enterprise Security Architects to develop various practice developmental activities including assets development, solution portfolio presentations, delivery toolkit of various global pursuits

Skills and attributes for success

• Working and Applied knowledge in various SAST/DSAT tools and Security GRC tools
• Security assessments and review in technology implementation
• Network Security Hardening and Controls review and Mapping of GRC controls and best practices
• Network Security deployment in large scale deployments with high cross-collaboration demands
• Infrastructures and Application Security assessments in development and design
• Threat assessments and product and vendor security advisory and compliance management

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-4 years in a full-time security position related to Information Security Operations, preferably in a position involving threat management and Application Security – Firewall Implementation and VA/PT
• Strong working knowledge of security relevant data, including networking protocols, ports and common services, and application layer protocols (e.g., HTTP, DNS, FTP, SMTP, etc.).
• Working knowledge of different technology solutions on security perspective

• Had prior experience in writing, editing and preparation of security related research materials, or had prior exposure to writing articles relevant to enterprise security services
• Possess strong understanding of technical security knowledge across IT environments, or environments that focused on security research and development
• Excellent capabilities with documentation including writing technical write-ups
• Ability to provide insights to research and innovation on emerging technologies
• Exceptional ability to communicate verbally and in writing; ability to work as a team member within a global team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with flexibility in time and availability and should be a team player
• Able to work independently, structured and result-oriented
• Fluent in English
• A quick learner with desire to learn new tools and techniques
• Used to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Comp TIA Security+, ECSA, CEH, CISM,CISSP, Certification, or other cyber security certifications are added advantages.
