Opportunity

EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS) is seeking an experienced Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) professional to join the Business Marketing Hub. This role supports the execution of communications and engagement activities for GDS Transformation, helping to ensure transformation-related messages are clearly communicated, consistently aligned and effectively activated across GDS. The successful candidate will work closely with GDS Transformation leaders and BMC stakeholders to develop compelling content, support executive communications and contribute to integrated communication and marketing initiatives. Working in collaboration with GDS BMC hubs and Centers of Excellence (COEs), the role helps amplify transformation priorities, strengthen stakeholder engagement and enhance the visibility of EY GDS Transformation programs and achievements.

 

Key responsibilities

Strategic BMC account management

  • Acts as a key BMC contact and trusted advisor to the GDS Transformation leadership team, supporting strategic communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Supports the translation of transformation priorities and business objectives into integrated marketing and communications plans.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of transformation messaging and narratives, ensuring alignment with EY and EY GDS communications priorities.
  • Coordinates with GDS leaders, GDS BMC internal, external and locations hubs and COEs to support the planning and delivery of transformation -related communications, campaigns and engagement initiatives.

Transformation communications and business engagement

  • Supports the execution of marketing and communications activities that support business growth through enhancing awareness of EY GDS Transformation initiatives, capabilities and impact across EY audiences.
  • Collaborates with BMC teams to develop and amplify transformation campaigns, success stories, thought leadership content and employee engagement materials.
  • Helps increase visibility of transformation priorities, programs and achievements through internal and external communications channels.
  • Provides communications support for transformation -focused events, leadership engagements and stakeholder outreach activities.

Executive communications and leadership visibility

  • Supports the development of executive communications materials, key messages and communication plans for GDS Transformation leaders.
  • Contributes to leadership storytelling and visibility initiatives that strengthen transformation positioning and engagement.
  • Helps ensure consistency and alignment of transformation messaging with EY's broader transformation agenda and enterprise narrative.
  • Assists in monitoring communications effectiveness and identifying opportunities to enhance transformation -related messaging and stakeholder engagement.

Governance and operational excellence

  • Ensures adherence to EY standards, processes and policies.
  • Support budget-, vendor- and resource management where applicable.
  • Monitors performance, reporting and effectiveness of BMC initiatives.

  • Applies rigorous attention to detail, governance, and risk management in all design outputs.
  • Uses feedback and data insights to continuously improve design effectiveness and impact.

 

Qualifications:

  • Masters’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, finance, marketing, communications, journalism, HR, business or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in operations, enablement, risks and compliance or sourcing support role, hands-on experience working with procurement/S2P processes (e.g., vendor onboarding, sourcing requests, PR/PO lifecycle); experience in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills in English.
  • Experience supporting sourcing and/or procurement processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines across competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams/SharePoint); familiarity with content workflows and analytics/measurement tools.
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones; strong collaboration skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
