GDS ES Strategy & Operations is a service function of energetic professionals responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our Enablement Service functions. We partner with the ES Operating Executive to articulate the ES ambition, vision and measures of success for each year. We help drive ES wide operational excellence initiatives and work as a trusted business advisor - providing comprehensive support to service functions (SFs) on their Operational priorities. Reviewing performance by analyzing our key KPIs and liaising with SF leaders, their operations managers and GDS Operations to provide insights. We play an integral role in positioning ES performance for GDS and ES committees.
JD – Supervising Associate:
The Supervising Associate will be required to work in a team environment or with individual capacity in delivering the administrative, reporting and project needs of the GDS ES organisation by being a part of the GDS ES Strategy and Operations team
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Partnering with senior leadership / CLT for data gathering, assessment / analytics, summarization, visualization for PPTs etc.
- Stakeholder management (Region leaders, functional leaders) – managing leadership visits, agenda, coordinating with procurement, real estate teams etc.
- Management and tracking of regular deliverables partnering with CLT / leaders for AC meetings, BE meetings, GLT, GMP etc.
- Program / project management of select initiatives (need basis – Eg: Region initiatives) – ability to drive discussions and deliverables, manage timelines, milestones.
- Expertise in managing dashboards and story boards with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, Power BI is a must
- Familiarity with AI tools like CoPilot, EYQ, basic prompting etc.
- Support with strategy formulation, execution, KPI tracking and reporting etc.
- Lead the planning and implementation of Strategic Initiatives for GDS ES SFs
- Support in creating and implementing Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams (service delivery and support teams) to provide support in driving business goals
- Constantly monitor and report progress on multiple ES wide initiatives to stakeholders using infographic dashboards
- Should be able to deliver results within the boundaries existing challenges.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent MIS reporting activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
