As a Supervising Associate in the Platform & Tools, Strategic Pricing & Insights team under Commercial Excellence, you will support pricing and commercial initiatives by transforming data into actionable insights, managing analytics workflows, and building scalable solutions and dashboards.

The focus is on enabling decision-making through business analysis, requirements gathering, data modeling, solution design, and visualization using modern tools.

This role goes beyond traditional analytics, spanning:

  • Business Analysis & Requirements – Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and prioritize deliverables.
  • Data Engineering & Modeling – Execute data ingestion, transformation, and modeling using SQL, Power Query M, and Python; assist in ETL processes in Microsoft Fabric/Azure Synapse.
  • Solution Design & Enablement – Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable analytics solutions and dashboards for pricing and commercial decision-making.
  • Visualization & Reporting – Build KPI-driven dashboards in Power BI and Excel with compelling storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Workflow Automation – Automate routine tasks using Power Automate, Excel macros, and Python scripts to improve operational efficiency.

  • Analytics & Decision Support: Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical methods (regression, correlation, time-series forecasting) to generate insights and ongoing reports. Apply a hypothesis-driven approach to synthesize findings that inform pricing decisions.
  • Visualization & Insight Generation: Develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel; use Python visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn) for exploratory analysis. Emphasize KPI design, storytelling, and clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Pricing Analytics & Commercial Strategy: Support analytics programs such as willingness-to-pay, win-loss analysis, and price waterfall basics; contribute to value leakage assessment and pricing dispersion analysis to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Tools Development & Automation: Maintain and enhance pricing tools on SharePoint and the SPI Tools Suite, including rates benchmarking and financial modeling. Participate in SIT/UAT testing, release coordination, and incremental improvements.
  • Automate and Scale Workflows: Use Power Automate, Excel VBA/macros, and Python scripts to streamline recurring tasks. Where relevant, leverage Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Apache Spark (PySpark/Spark SQL) for distributed processing.
  • Excel-Based Modeling & Reporting: Build pricing and financial models in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis). Design dashboard-style reporting for real-time insights; integrate data via Power Query ETL and prototype analytical methods (e.g., price waterfall calculators).
