Job Title: Senior Learning Specialist
Department: Talent Development (TD)– Learning Centre of excellence
Position Overview:
EY GDS Talent development invites applications for the role of Senior Learning Specialist, to bring in their expertise on deployment and execution of a diverse array of learning programs, including EY badges, degrees, and the GDS Milestones. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating program delivery, enhancing the learning experience, and ensuring the professional development of our employees aligns with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of learning programs, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in accordance with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions, demonstrating a passion for education and the ability to inspire participants.
- Streamline learning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, while also managing learner inquiries to optimize their experience.
- Collaborate with Talent Development, business teams, and branding to effectively promote learning programs and highlight success stories.
- Maintain accurate and current program trackers, analyse program effectiveness, and provide detailed reports and insights to leadership.
- Ensure the integrity of learning credentials by collaborating with global teams, staying updated on program changes, and managing related communications.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure program alignment, share updates, and gather feedback.
- You will be supporting the program leads and overall GDS central TD Learning initiatives with monthly reports and metrics.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior role with a proven passion for managing learner experiences and facilitating programs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EY learning platforms, including the Badges and Degrees portals, and the ability to address related concerns effectively.
- Experience in conducting awareness sessions and managing learning programs within your function.
- A creative problem-solver who advocates for learning ethics and possesses strong project management and executes programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working collaboratively with GDS and global stakeholders.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Learning and Development, with a track record of successful program management.
- Recognized as a collaborative, trusted partner who performs with integrity and confidence.
- Proactive in task forecasting and execution, with personal resilience in managing competing priorities.
