Supervising Associate, Content Excellence and Standardization
Position Overview:
Supervising Associate, Content Excellence and Standardization is responsible for delivering high-quality visual design solutions that uphold and enhance the GDS brand and content standards. This role supports the creation and maintenance of brand governance frameworks, reusable toolkits, templates, and visual identity compliance across all internal and external communications. Working in a matrixed global environment, the Supervising Associate collaborates closely with global EY Brand and Content teams, GDS BMC hubs and COEs to translate business and communication needs into compelling, consistent and on-brand visual assets that drive clarity and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand governance design and execution
- Support design, activation and enforcement of the GDS brand governance model, ensuring visual consistency and compliance across all corporate communications.
- Collaborate with EY BMC teams and GDS BMC Creative and Studio COE to uphold brand standards and visual identity compliance.
- Lead visual assets standardization and globalization effort across GDS BMC functional teams and locations. Design and implement system of visual assets storage to ensure information share and avoid duplication of efforts.
- Proactively organize educational sessions on brand standards, design best practices and insights across GDS BMC teams to enhance innovation, content quality and brand consistency.
- Participate in quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of visual communication.
- Support reporting and insights related to design and brand compliance as part of the broader BMC performance framework.
- Content excellence and standardization
- Translate business and functional priorities into strategic pipeline of visual assets to support business goals.
- Lead the development of strategic visual assets, templates and toolkits aligned with GDS brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Coordinate and prioritize design workflows with the Creative and Studio COE and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality control and brand compliance.
- Brand compliance and quality control
- Lead GDS BMC SCORE process for visual assets.
- Ensure all design activities comply with EY, GDS, and BMC policies, processes and governance requirements including data privacy and brand approvals.

Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in design, preferably within corporate branding, content design, or agency environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, template design, and digital/print content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools.
- Understanding of brand governance, messaging frameworks, and content standards is highly desirable.
- Account management experience within creative agency is a plus. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and brand compliance.
