The opportunity
We are looking for Staff/Consultant with expertise in providing production management support to customers and engagement teams (e.g. data ingestion, single sign-on, etc.) to join the PC team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of the Workforce Advisory team.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide analysis, documentation, management, and direct technology support of customer requirements according to standardized methods
- Execute work associated with the implementation of EY tools, and onboarding of new customers, aligned with the standard methodology defined by EY
- Assist coordination of project activities between clients and project teams and directly with the external client
- Resolve product or service problems by answering client queries, determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
- Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-5 years of overall technology development and/or support experience
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills: SQL, Problem Solving, Performance tuning, Test case analysis
- Technical expertise in distributed system architecture, design, and development
- Experience in supporting web applications that use MongoDB, Neo4j and/or NoSQL
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness, including email and over the phone, to address client queries, is required
- Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in using and supporting various technologies
- Strong hands on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools along with broad exposure in:
- Data architecture across web applications hosted in a cloud environment
- Customer support processes and technologies
- Reporting on service level agreements and usage statistics
