  • Partner with client and internal stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Medical and leadership teams to frame business questions, define analytical approaches and shape strategic decisions.
  • Build and enhance forecasting models, scenario analyses and performance management frameworks that support both launch and in-market decision-making.
  • Synthesize diverse data sources including sales, claims, prescription, patient-level, CRM, digital engagement and syndicated data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Translate analytical findings into compelling executive-level stories, presentations and dashboards that influence senior stakeholders and support client outcomes.
  • Identify growth opportunities, commercial risks, access barriers, competitive trends and performance drivers across brands, portfolios and therapeutic areas.
  • Drive innovation through automation, dashboarding and scalable self-service analytics solutions that improve decision speed, transparency and business impact.
  • Promote strong analytical rigor, data governance and quality standards to ensure consistency, compliance and trust in outputs.
  • Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, continuous learning and consulting excellence within a global delivery environment.
  • Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed setting while building trusted relationships and contributing to practice growth and delivery excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 13+ years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, forecasting, insights, or commercial operations within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.
  • Strong experience supporting launch planning, sales and marketing analytics, patient analytics, and/or market access analytics.
  • Proven expertise in working with pharmaceutical and healthcare datasets such as claims, prescription, CRM, specialty pharmacy, hub, formulary, or syndicated market data.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted analytics partner to commercial leadership.
  • Experience leading high-performing analytics teams, including coaching, performance management, and capability building.
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences commercial model, including patient flow, access, competition, forecasting assumptions, and field execution.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and at least one BI/data visualization platform such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in forecasting, segmentation, KPI design, dashboarding, and performance analytics.
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods, scenario modelling, and advanced analytics approaches; familiarity with Python, R, Alteryx, Dataiku, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple internal and external sources to build scalable analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM and commercial platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems is preferred.

Leadership Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect analytics outputs to business impact.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to balance strategic priorities with execution.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives continuous improvement.
