Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


Job Summary

The role will lead the organizational change management efforts for a series of complex technology transformations. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive communication and training strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption across all global business units implementing interconnected systems.

 


Key Responsibilities

Design the overarching OCM strategy, identifying key people risks and building mitigation plans aligned with technical project milestones
Develop and own the master communication plan, defining core messaging and tailoring content for diverse global and functional audiences
Oversee the training strategy, ensuring all impacted employees receive the necessary skills to effectively operate the new systems
Conduct detailed stakeholder analysis and manage engagement with executive leadership, the internal Tech PMO, and external Tech Implementation Partners
Oversee the Change Impact Assessment process and establish metrics to track successful adoption post-Go-Live


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Deep expertise and experience in leading global change projects, specifically involving tech transformations

Experience

Demonstrated expertise in developing robust communication plans, training strategies, stakeholder management, and resistance mitigation
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and effectively manage cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
