The opportunity : Senior Project Manager-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS-PC-Talent - Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Manage the design process from conception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design timelines and project vision alignment.
Lead cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

12-15 years of experience in design and engineering 
Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel buildings, pre-cast, electrical, mechanical, building interiors, landscapes, etc. 
Proven track record of managing end-to-end design for large-scale mixed-use developments including commercial Real Estate and Industrial warehousing. 
Certifications such as PMP, or equivalent will be preferrable 
Familiarity with sustainability certifications like LEED or IGBC Green Building Certification. 
Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including NBC, ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IS, etc. 

Experience

Oversee the design and engineering processes for the mixed-use developments including commercial Real Estate and Industrial warehousing. 
Coordinate with project stakeholders to define engineering requirements and ensure that designs meet operational needs and compliance standards. 
Collaborate with procurement to source materials and equipment that meet design specifications. 
Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers in developing detailed plans and specifications for the construction and commissioning of the project. 
Manage the integration of technology and systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and scalability. 
Ensure that engineering designs are energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable. 
Review and approve engineering deliverables, including drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. 
Oversee the resolution of engineering issues during construction and commissioning phases. 
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and advancements.
