Senior Manager — MarTech (Marketing Transformation, Consulting)
Practice: Marketing Transformation / Customer
Role Purpose
Lead end‑to‑end MarTech transformation for enterprise clients—shaping growth strategies, architecting and implementing modern marketing stacks (e.g., CDP, Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS/DAM/MRM), and ensuring measurable outcomes across acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and revenue. You’ll own business development (pipeline, pursuits, alliances) and delivery excellence (scope, budget, risk, quality), while building a high‑performing team and thought leadership in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Business growth & practice building
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Own the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand service offerings.
- Build and grow accounts; lead RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and executive pitches; shape deal commercials and delivery models.
- Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new and existing solutions within Martech space
- Build ecosystem relationships with Adobe, Salesforce, and other platform partners; co-develop offerings and GTM collateral with alliance teams.
- Publish PoVs on MarTech/AdTech, AI-powered personalization, and data strategy to drive market visibility and demand.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Engagement delivery & client leadership
- Serve as engagement lead across complex, multi-track programs—governance, scope, timeline, budget, risk/issue management, and C‑suite stakeholder alignment.
- Drive measurable outcomes (e.g., uplift in lead quality, conversion, CLV, CAC efficiency) and establish a value-realization framework with the client PMO
- Solution architecture & platform implementation
- Design and implement integrated MarTech stacks covering CDP, Marketing Automation/ESP, CRM, CMS/DAM/MRM, and journey orchestration—emphasizing interoperability, data quality, and activation across channels.
- Lead hands-on delivery for Martech platforms (CDP, CMS, DAM)
- Establish platform governance (environments, release management, access controls), and optimize integrations (APIs, event streaming, cloud data platforms).
- Data, privacy & consent management
- Define data models and identity resolution strategies; implement consent and preference management aligned with regional regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and enterprise risk standards.
- Partner with client IT/Data to unify customer profiles and enable 1:1 personalization anchored in reliable first‑party data.
- Operating model, process & change
- Architect future‑state Marketing Operating Models (people, process, tech, data, governance) and stand up agile rhythms, CoEs, and performance KPIs.
- Lead organization design, enablement, and change management to embed new ways of working across global marketing, product, sales, and service teams.
- AI/GenAI-enabled marketing
- Operationalize GenAI for content generation, audience discovery, next‑best‑action decisioning, and campaign optimization—using responsible AI practices.
- Establish guardrails and value-tracking for AI use cases across creative, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
- Team leadership & talent development

- Build and mentor a cross-disciplinary team (MarTech architects, marketing operations, data engineers, campaign specialists); foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Required
- 10–14 years in Marketing Technology & Operations / Marketing Transformation (consulting preferred), with multi-platform experience (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud, CDPs).
- Proven leadership of large, global MarTech programs—solution architecture, data modeling, integrations, cloud platforms, and campaign activation.
- Strong business development track record: pipeline creation, proposal leadership, and executive storytelling; familiarity with alliance-led GTM motion.
- Expertise in data privacy, consent, and compliance impacts on marketing channels (GDPR/CCPA).
- Ability to coach teams and manage stakeholders across marketing, IT, data, product, and sales.
- Willingness to travel for client delivery (up to ~60% depending on engagement).
Preferred
- Certifications: Adobe (AEP/RT‑CDP/Adobe Campaign), Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud).
- Experience designing marketing operating models and standing up CoEs / managed services.
- Thought leadership or publications in MarTech strategy, AI in marketing, or CDP adoption.
