Job Title:  Assistant Director– GDS Operations

Job Summary:

GDS which has presence in 9 countries with 82,000+ Headcount, is rapidly growing. GDS operations is partnering with business in this journey of growth. Amidst growth, there is need to keep evolving for the integration of GDS Operations team and decision - making framework

This job is to lead and support on GDS Strategy and Transactions projects of GDS

Purpose of the Job:

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Lead projects involving Strategic initiatives and firmwide special projects
• Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to drive projects
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and drive critical outcomes.
• Align multiple stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking
• Implement systems and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
• Emphasis on use of technology and data analytics in this job responsibilities
• Other activities that fit in the job summary and purpose of the job.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leaders
• Strong inter-personal skills

Job Requirements:

Education:

• CA, MBA, Master Degree in any field or any other qualification with relevant knowledge and experience
