Senior Consultant/Manager – R&D, Supply Chain & Commercial (Life Sciences)Service line: Business Consulting | Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Hyderabad | Experience: 8- 14 yearsRole OverviewLead cross-functional transformation programs across R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial functions for global life sciences clients. Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, governance, stakeholder management and value realization across complex, multi-functional initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program management across R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial workstreamsDevelop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies and risksEstablish governance including RAID logs, executive updates and steering forumsDrive stakeholder alignment across business, operations, and technology teamsManage program financials and benefits realizationDrive process transformation and continuous improvement initiativesSupport transitions, knowledge transfer and stabilization phasesIdentify risks and drive mitigation across functionsSkills & ExperienceStrong program / portfolio management across large-scale transformation programsExperience managing cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Commercial and Supply ChainClinical trial management, regulatory operations and quality processes (R&D)Demand planning, logistics, inventory and supply chain performance managementBrand planning, campaign management, launch excellence and field force enablementExperience in process optimization, digital transformation and analytics-led decision makingExposure to ERP, CRM and data platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Veeva etc.)Strong structured problem-solving and consulting delivery experienceTo Qualify8–14 years experience in program management or transformation rolesProven experience delivering cross-functional programsStrong stakeholder and communication skillsBachelor’s degree; MBA preferredPMP / PRINCE2 preferredGood to HaveExperience in GBS / GCC environmentsLife Sciences / Pharma domain experienceExposure to global transformation programsAbout the TeamYou will be part of a high-performing consulting team delivering large-scale transformation programs for leading global life sciences organizations.
