Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Job Description: Business Analyst (5 Years Experience) Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 5+ Years Location: Chennai / Bengaluru / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering technology-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements and successfully implemented. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions. Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, use cases, and process flows. Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements. Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business users, project teams, vendors, and technology teams. Facilitate requirement review sessions and obtain stakeholder sign-offs. Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Process Improvement & Solution Design Analyze current business processes and design future-state solutions. Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps using BPMN/UML methodologies. Support digital transformation and automation initiatives. Agile Delivery Support Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams. Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure business requirements are aligned with project objectives and delivery timelines. Testing & Implementation Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Track defects and coordinate resolution activities. Validate implemented solutions against business requirements. Support production deployments and post-implementation reviews. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and insights. Prepare dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Excel. Provide recommendations for decision-making based on data analysis. Required Skills Requirements Gathering and Analysis Business Process Modeling (BPMN, UML) Agile/Scrum Methodologies User Story Creation and Backlog Management Stakeholder Management Gap Analysis and Process Improvement UAT Planning and Execution Documentation (BRD, FSD, Use Cases, Process Flows) Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Technical Skills SQL Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Power BI / Tableau Jira / Azure DevOps Visio / Lucidchart / Draw.io Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in CBAP, CCBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Product Ownership is preferred. Experience working in Telecom, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or IT Services domains is an added advantage.
