The opportunity

EY is looking for Senior Consultants to serve as a ServiceNow developers with experience on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: , IT Operations Management (ITOM), 
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
• Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
• Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
• Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
• Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
• Perform application testing
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development

To qualify for the role you must have

• Btech or Any degree

  •3 to 6 Years

  •ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)

  •Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules)

  •Certified Application Developer

Ideally you’ll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
