EY is looking for Senior Consultant to serve as a ServiceNow SAM / HAM Functional consultants

Minimum Role expectations:

10-12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow with hands on experience leading IT asset management and IT Operations management projects
Understanding of Hardware and software asset classes
Should have experience working on workspace and workflows of HAM and SAM
Good to have ITIL foundation certification
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in configuring HAM and SAM discovery
Good stakeholder management skills

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ Years of experience

• Certification in IT Asset Management (e.g., Certified Software Asset Manager - CSAM)

    Preferred Or ITIL v4 Foundation preferred

• Extensive experience in IT asset management, including hands-on experience with the

    ServiceNow ITAM module.

• Proven track record of leading successful ITAM projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team

    members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with

    stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Ideally you’ll also have

Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
