The opportunity:

EY is looking for Senior Consultant to serve as a ServiceNow Business Analyst

Minimum Role expectations:

• Serve as a ServiceNow BA on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM),  HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other custom application development.
• Has experience 4+ in Business analyst role with ServiceNow experience.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executives
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
• Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
• Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
• Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
• PMP certified is good to have

To qualify for the role you must have

• Btech or Any degree
• •3 to 6 Years
• •ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
• •Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules)
• •Certified Application Developer

Ideally you’ll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
