Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Role Overview EY is supporting a global client in establishing and operating a Shared Services Center through a Build-Operate-Transfer model. The Senior Consultant will support the operational management of the SSC by coordinating service delivery activities, monitoring performance, supporting governance forums, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring successful execution of transition and stabilization activities. The role will work closely with the BOT Service Delivery Lead and client stakeholders to drive operational performance and ensure delivery excellence throughout the SSC lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery Management
- Support management of day-to-day SSC operations.
- Monitor service delivery performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Track and manage operational risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate resolution of service delivery challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational teams. Governance and Reporting
- Prepare executive reporting and governance materials.
- Maintain operational dashboards and performance reporting.
- Manage action logs, RAID logs, and governance trackers.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc governance forums.
- Generate operational insights and performance analysis. Transition and Migration Support
- Support planning and execution of migration waves.
- Coordinate readiness assessments and go-live activities.
- Monitor transition dependencies and critical milestones.
- Track stabilization activities and post-transition performance.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, and project teams.
- Facilitate operational meetings and working sessions.
- Manage communications and follow-up actions.
- Support alignment across cross-functional teams. Operational Excellence
- Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
- Assist with process documentation and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to governance standards and controls.
- Support quality, compliance, and service management activities. Required Qualifications Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Preferred: MBA or PGDM from a recognized institution.
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Management or Operations. Professional Certifications Preferred
- PMP Certification.
- Prince2 Foundation.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Agile or Scrum Certification. Experience Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience within Shared Services, GCC, BPO, Managed Services, Consulting, or Transformation environments.
- Experience supporting service delivery operations and governance activities.
- Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Preferred: SSC or GCC setup experience, PMO or transformation office experience, service management and operational governance experience, and exposure to HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Operations, or similar shared services functions. Required Skills and Competencies Core Skills
