Your key responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver strategic data platform initiatives involving Snowflake, Oracle, ODS and AWS.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan and track project backlog, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Develop & execute Implementation plan, including timelines and milestones
• Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency.
• Manage release schedules and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and status.
• Analyse project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, applying lessons learned in future projects.
• Should have experience working on ETL, integrations, devops tools (Github, Jenkins)
• Should have delivered technical projects involving Cloud, Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Analytics or AI, with exposure to Snowflake and AWS preferred.

Qualifications:

• Experience delivering Data, Cloud or Analytics programmes in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake, AWS and modern data engineering concepts.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data integration and data platform architectures.
• Proven experience as a Agile Project Manager, preferably SAFe certified
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
