EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on–brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms.
As a Senior Associate — Senior Workflow Coordinator, you act as the interface between the creative team and the customers/customer groups. You are the primary point of contact for creative resourcing and work scheduling and play a critical role in ensuring on-time delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative agency environment. With your sound knowledge of the creative production process, you can determine the workload capacity for a creative resource and justify the timing and resource allocations. You have a knack to identify roadblocks, competing priorities and bottlenecks — thereby ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. You are focused on maximizing efficient scheduling/production and so work to optimize existing processes and procedures accordingly.
Your key responsibilities
- Capture customer requirements for creative projects, allocate tasks to the team members based on their bandwidth and skillset, while negotiating deadlines and providing the cost estimates accordingly
- Ensure resource estimates and actual assignments are recorded and regularly updated in the internal systems
- Meet and exceed customer expectations, turnaround time and team efficiency
- Maintain an appropriate level of work within the team to meet utilization targets and alert the managers of any workload issues
- Maintain billing records and time tracking and produce routine and custom reports, as necessary
- Participate and contribute to the discussions on workflow planning, scheduling, delivery and overall cost-effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with firm-wide time tracking mechanism, and socialize/advocate the same to the teams/customers
- Train new employees on operational standards and time-tracking processes
- Liaise with the third-party vendors for procuring images, background music and any other assets
- Anticipate project risks, delays and any other roadblocks and proactively communicate to team managers for redressal
- Act as the go-to person for volume management, project clarification, and handling customer expectations

- Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade
- Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities against tight deadlines
- Experience in ensuring resource efficiency and stability of production
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree/College diploma
- At least 5 years of related experience in a fast-paced global environment
- Experience in working directly/independently with customers
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge in Power BI and PowerApps
- Team management experience
