We are looking for a Senior Associate to support the day-to-day delivery of Supplier Relationship Management activities across strategic suppliers and internal stakeholder programs. The role will combine supplier governance, performance and compliance tracking, commercial and invoice support, executive reporting, data quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with SRM colleagues, Procurement, Finance, Risk and Compliance teams, technology and reporting teams, business stakeholders, and supplier contacts. The role is suited to a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple workstreams, transform complex data into actionable insights, and follow through on actions and dependencies.

Key responsibilities

Supplier Commercial Operations & Governance

  • Support annual planning and billing cycles by coordinating estimates, validating supplier and entity-level inputs, and reconciling plan, PO and invoice information.
  • Coordinate purchase order initiation and follow-up with Finance, Accounts Payable, business owners and suppliers; maintain visibility of approvals, status and dependencies.
  • Validate supplier billing submissions and supporting data for completeness, accuracy and consistency; identify gaps and work with owners to resolve them.
  • Perform pre-invoice and invoice validation support, investigate billing variances, confirm supporting information and facilitate timely resolution of invoice queries.
  • Maintain trackers for supplier spend, contract renewals, commercial actions, credits, cost avoidance and other value-related inputs where required.
  • Prepare concise summaries for commercial reviews and escalate risks such as missing approvals, delayed POs, unsupported invoices or data inconsistencies.
  • Assist with contract lifecycle administration, including renewals, amendments, change requests, scope updates and tracking of approvals.
  • Support supplier due diligence, BRIDGE-related checks, control evidence, audit requests and other compliance activities in coordination with relevant process owners.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis, leadership requests, recruitment coordination and priority workstreams across the SRM Divestitures portfolio.

Supplier Insights, Reporting and Data Analytics

  • Prepare and maintain supplier relationship and commercial review materials using data on spend, contracts, performance, financials, key initiatives, risks and strategic updates.
  • Collect, cleanse, reconcile and validate data from spreadsheets, SharePoint, dashboards and other approved sources before publication.
  • Partner with reporting and technology teams to test new data extracts, dashboards and automated solutions; document defects, validate fixes and support user acceptance testing.
  • Produce executive-ready dashboards, management reports, supplier updates and leadership presentation content with clear insights and accurate supporting data.
  • Coordinate information across multiple suppliers / resellers and global teams on the quarterly spend information.
  • Maintain structured source files and repeatable reporting processes to improve timeliness, quality and auditability.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional emails, governance updates, and leadership-ready presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, including data validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and documentation.
  • Sound knowledge of supplier relationship management, procurement operations, contract governance, supplier performance, and invoice and PO processes.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple suppliers, priorities, deadlines, and global stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge inconsistencies, escalate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset, customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

Technical capabilities

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleansing, reconciliation, pivot tables, lookups and structured trackers.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word for executive reporting, governance packs, SOPs and business documentation.
  • Working familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to procurement, contract, supplier management or finance systems is preferred.
  • Interest in automation and AI-enabled productivity solutions; experience supporting UAT or reporting automation is an advantage.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related discipline.
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Procurement Operations, Contract Administration, Commercial Operations, Finance Operations or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience preparing reports, validating data, maintaining trackers and coordinating actions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting supplier governance, contracts, compliance, purchase orders or invoice processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate detailed operational information into concise management updates.
