Digital Marketing - Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC)
As a Senior Associate - Digital Marketing, you will help in presenting EY GDS's global employer brand on digital media through impactful strategies combined with data and insights, robust media plans, build a strong advocate network, and guide in the development of creating compelling content. Your role will help us make EY GDS an aspirational workplace to be in amongst the potential talent, showcase our technology competencies, and expand the brand presence in all media placements and awareness among laterals. In addition, you will receive opportunities to work on projects end to end where you will define, plan, execute and measure campaign impact.
Being the EY brand custodian, you will help the larger team in following processes, procedures and guidelines for digital teams and ensure they with EY policies.

As part of the digital communications team, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital and social media campaigns for assigned business verticals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to help strengthen the digital presence of EY GDS and ensure consistent, high quality communication across platforms.
You will contribute to developing and executing media plans by leveraging extensive internal and external audience networks of EY to reach and engage potential talent. In this role, you will partner with extended teams to understand their communication needs and deliver digital and social campaigns aligned to their objectives.
Your key responsibilities
As part of the digital communications team, you will support initiatives aimed at building awareness and strengthening the online presence of EY GDS. You will contribute to positioning EY GDS as an employer of choice and as a leading technology organization by leveraging social, digital, and employee advocacy platforms.
To be successful in this role, you will develop a strong understanding of the EY landscape, EY GDS business priorities, and marketing objectives, while working effectively within a matrixed organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned to business objectives, leveraging SEM, paid media platforms, and social networks for targeted reach
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and impact
- Contribute to strategies, ideation and curating high-quality content including thought leadership, EY-branded assets, recruitment campaigns, CSR initiatives, employer branding content, and employee-driven stories
- Enable and engage employees and leaders as brand advocates by guiding them on effective personal social media presence aligned with EY GDS values
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure continuous activation, relevance, and impact of advocacy initiatives
- Support employee advocacy programs to increase positive share of voice for EY GDS across social media platforms
- Use audience targeting and digital platforms to identify, engage, and nurture potential talent pools
- Advise service line leadership on effective use of digital and social communication channels to engage key audiences
- Lead communications initiatives that position EY GDS as an employer of choice and support talent attraction goals
- Liaise with service line BMC SPOCs and platform partners to secure optimal content placement and identify new channel opportunities
- Work effectively within virtual, global teams to manage multiple communications programs and initiatives
Skills and attributes for success
- 4-6 years of experience in successfully executing digital marketing campaigns. A zealous, goal-oriented individual willing to go the extra mile to achieve the task at hand. Be well versed in the digital and social media landscape. Excellent copywriting, editing and storytelling skills.
To qualify for the role, you must be/have
- An established professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Worked on B2B brands, technology organizations managed or worked with agencies
- Worked on social media and have managed paid, owned and earned media
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, programmatic, paid ad platforms
- Native level expertise in English to create and edit creative content for social and digital media
- Has worked on various scheduling and campaign measurement tools, social media analytics and digital analytics tools like Hootsuite
Ideally, you'll also have
- Passionate about new digital technologies and communication methodologies
- Keen to look beyond the obvious creative solutions
- Good knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting platforms
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment branding campaigns
- Use marketing data and analytics to build insightful campaigns.
- Previous experience in developing and launching programs for large and matrix organizations
