The opportunity
The Senior Associate - Accounts Payable is responsible for managing vendor payments and related processes, including third-party, IFM and other expenses. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, payment cycles, and compliance with company policies, while supporting overall financial operations.
Your key responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Verify invoice accuracy, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and execute payments.
- Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist in month-end closing.
- Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with treasury procurement and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Treasury processes.
- Strong understanding of vendor management and payment cycles.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
