The opportunity

The Senior Associate - Accounts Payable is responsible for managing vendor payments and related processes, including third-party, IFM and other expenses. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, payment cycles, and compliance with company policies, while supporting overall financial operations.

Your key responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Verify invoice accuracy, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute payments.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist in month-end closing.
• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with treasury procurement and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Treasury processes.
• Strong understanding of vendor management and payment cycles.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
