Your key responsibilities
Support TSE team practice Offices to sell, manage and deliver IT Transaction Services engagements including TMT Due Diligence, Post Merger Integration, Carve-outs/ Separation, Cost reduction opportunities, etc. 

• This would include:  
  • Due diligence and red flag reports 
  • Costing 
  • TSA Costing and Analysis  
  • Contracts Evaluation and Analysis 
  • Operating Model Development 
  • Project Management / PMO Support
• Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines and functional areas.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in the Information Technology functional area.
• Experience on strategic consulting, engagements developing detailed, compelling and analytical PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Visio deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas

Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Telecom/ Technology Industry
• Preferably possess experience within the TMT and Emerging Technology sectors like CRM Salesforce and other Telecom Expertise, involving both quantitative financial analysis and qualitative strategic research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the telecom, media, and technology industries.
• Experience in a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g. operational Cyber due diligence, carve-out planning), post-deal (e.g. integration planning, tracking) and restructuring (e.g. rapid cost reduction).

• Conduct quantitative analysis, financial modelling, and market research using data from various sources.
• Prepare presentations, conduct market sizing, industry research, and problem-solving tasks by sourcing information from secondary sources.
• Handle tasks related to market assessment, market entry strategy, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and due diligence.

• Advise clients on the adoption of new technologies and innovations.

• Extract insights from data and present them effectively in error-free PowerPoint slides.
• Interpret project requirements, address client queries independently, and maintain a sharp focus on quality.
• Lead and supervise Associates/Senior Associates in project delivery, including quality checks and project management support.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Possess 10-14 years of experience in consulting/market research/strategy research.
• Hold an MBA/Masters from reputable institutions, with additional qualifications such as CFA or CA.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using third-party sources like Capital IQ and Power BI.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Exhibit solid business fundamentals and business analysis capabilities.
• Showcase proven project management abilities and effectiveness in meeting deadlines.
• Capable of scoping requirements, identifying optimal information sources, and synthesizing findings effectively.
