Job Description:

Looking for Staff level for Supply Chain & Operations team in Business Consulting service line for EY Global delivery services. The employee is expected to work on end to end Supply Chain quantitative and qualitative assessments for our clients globally.

Desired profile and skills:

• MBA (Supply Chain/ Operations) from Tier-1 institutes with 1-2 years of relevant business/consulting experience doing quantitative assessments is crucial
• Experience in designing, building and delivering bespoke solutions across the value chain – Performance management, Control tower, decision support systems  
• Well-honed domain skills specially in atleast two areas from Demand & Supply planning, Inventory Management, Procurement and Logistics are vital for this role
• Understanding of supply chain business metrics, key drivers, experience in deriving insights and foresights, converting data to decisions
• Experience in conducting maturity model assessments, benchmarking and creating blueprints for performance/process improvement
• Experience in building rule-based engines/algorithms for baseline as well as optimization in the areas of supply chain preferable planning
• Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking and passion for planning would drive this role
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the role
• Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable
• Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role is required
• Experience with analytical tools – SQL, MS Access, Alteryx; visualization tools Power BI or Tableau is a must
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual would be a best fit for this role

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects
• Candidate would have to acquire knowledge of new data analytics tools
• Candidate may have to setup or work on manage services related projects as a SMR
• Primary roles will be (but not limited to):
• Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Supply Chain engagements for clients across various Industry Groups
• Design and deliver solutions, Create operating models, Governance frameworks and participate/conduct workshops
• Review and validate data and further build optimization models, analytical reports and presentations
• Conduct secondary research/market intelligence to back client deliverables

• The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $XXX per hour.  Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
