Job Title: AI Lead – Procurement AI Solutions

Role Summary

The AI Lead – Procurement AI Solutions will be responsible for leading the design, development, and adoption of AI driven solutions across end to end procurement processes. This role will work at the intersection of procurement, data, and emerging AI technologies to deliver high impact use cases that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI driven solutions for core procurement use cases across sourcing, buying, contracts, and supplier management.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including procurement, data science, engineering, and business stakeholders, to develop rapid prototypes, pilots, and production ready solutions.
• Identify and prioritize high value AI opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes such as productivity gains, compliance improvements, and enhanced user experience.
• Translate complex business problems into well defined AI, automation, and agent based use cases, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and operating models.
• Drive end user adoption of AI solutions by embedding them into existing processes, workflows, and tools, and by supporting change management and value realization efforts.
• Act as a thought leader on Procurement AI, staying abreast of emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and applying them pragmatically to business problems.
