Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

Join our SAP BI & Analytics practice as an SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Manager and lead the delivery of enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for driving solution strategy, managing teams, engaging with senior business stakeholders, and delivering innovative analytics and data platform solutions leveraging SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP S/4HANA. This role offers the opportunity to shape clients' data modernization journeys and help them realize business value through data-driven decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Business Data Cloud and analytics transformation programs.
• Define data architecture, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP data and analytics solutions.
• Oversee the design and implementation of data models, semantic layers, reporting, and planning solutions.
• Drive integration of SAP and non-SAP data sources into the enterprise analytics landscape.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Mentor and develop consultants, senior consultants, and team leads.
• Support business development activities, proposal creation, solution estimations, and pre-sales engagements.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within client environments.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver complex transformation programs.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong experience with minimum 3 end to end implementations in SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data warehousing, data modelling, data integration, and analytics architectures.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based analytics and reporting solutions.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight.

• SAP certifications in Business Data Cloud, Datasphere, BW/4HANA, SAC, or SAP HANA.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Integration Suite, and modern data integration technologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled analytics and data products.
• Experience delivering Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, or Manufacturing analytics solutions.
• Exposure to enterprise data platform modernization and migration programs.
