Job Title: Manager - 12+ years of experience

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, operational excellence, and process improvement. This role requires a CPA certification and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations by maintaining technical accounting expertise.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Report and reconcile month-end revenue accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Draft journal entries for bank transfers and ensure timely processing.
  • Perform daily intercompany settlement processes, including payment applications and reconciliations.
  • Resolve discrepancies associated with daily journal entries and escalate issues on incident logs as necessary.
  • Reconcile daily custodial cash transactions to maintain accurate cash flow records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.

 

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in technical accounting and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
