The opportunity : Project Manager-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS-PC-Talent - Bangalore
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Develop and implement a strategic supply chain framework to support the project's operational and business objectives.
Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
Collaborate with project managers to forecast demand and ensure supply chain readiness for project milestones.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain management.
Lead and develop the SCM team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Work closely with management and project team to align supply chain activities with project schedules.
Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and control costs within the supply chain.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and IT, to integrate supply chain processes.
Engage with vendors to build strategic partnerships and ensure quality service.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
10-12 years of experience in supply chain roles, with significant experience in a leadership capacity, ideally within the mixed-use development (commercial real estate and industrial warehouse)
Familiarity with contract formats such as FIDIC, EPC models, etc.
Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP and inventory management systems.
Understanding of quality assurance processes and vendor management practices.
Experience
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are preferred.
