Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

 

Demonstrated expertise in people consulting methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Proficient in change management, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with HR technology and tools that enhance people management processes.
Ability to lead complex projects with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

 


Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.
Continuous professional development in people consulting and related areas.

Experience

 


Minimum of 10 years of experience in people consulting or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience working with diverse clients across various industries, demonstrating adaptability and understanding of different organizational cultures.
Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
