Our team is looking for a Scrum Master to support the range of clients we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Ownership

Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with client and business objectives.

• Lead strategy engagements, helping clients design target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments relevant to product delivery.

Backlog & Delivery Management

• Translate complex business needs into actionable product backlogs.
• Prioritize features and tasks based on value, ROI, and milestone goals.
• Conduct Sprint 0 refinements to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
• Facilitate Sprint Reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and communicate progress across engagements.
• Support business development through proposals, demos, and presentations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, designers, and analysts to ensure successful delivery.
• Guide the team using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understand and leverage the technology stack to make informed decisions.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure solutions comply with data governance and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and user feedback.

Qualifications:

• 6–9 years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Consultant within technology or consulting environments.
• Hands on working knowledge on SAP modules, preferably SAP Hybris
• Having led SAP Hybris implementation/integration projects as a BA/PO or Lead BA/PO
• Proven success in delivering digital products and strategic initiatives across multiple client-facing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.
• Relevant certifications such as PSPO, SAFe, or Scrum Master are a plus.

Graduates / BE - B. Tech / MCA

Certification

CSPO/PSPO/SAFe POPM (plus)

Good to have

• Experience working with Agile Transformation Project
• Understanding of waterfall methodologies
• Flexible to work in US and UK time zone
