The opportunity
We are looking for Assistant Manager with expertise in Total Rewards to join the Rewards team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the Rewards team.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leverage experience in Total Rewards advisory to support client engagements
- Develop, review and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies that align with the business strategy and the vision of HR
- Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the Rewards domain such as Broad-based Compensation, Market Intelligence, Benefits Design, Incentive Pay Design, Career Framework, Job evaluation & Job Grading, Annual compensation & Incentive review.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required
- Design short term and long-term incentive programs
- Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, including the integration of benefit programs following mergers and acquisitions
- Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legally compliant
- Support leadership in developing and growing the rewards practice
- Contribute to building capabilities in Total rewards domain and a strong team
- Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance rewards function and broader capability offering within the practice
- Perform role of counsellor and coach; define and set goals; conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing development of the team
- Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationship with clients and other project team members
- Able to lead projects with a group of team members and upskill the team

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 8 - 10 years’ of Rewards work experience of which minimum 2 to 4 years of consulting experience
- Involved in end-to-end rewards program – design, development, and implementation.
- Exposure to short term and long-term incentive programs.
- Experienced team leader who has successfully led, motivated, coached and developed high performing teams.
- Complete understanding of Rewards life cycle and designing of employee benefits schemes like traditional benefits, wellness programs, etc.
- Proficient in communication, presentation, analysis and research with strong skills in excel, survey tools, power BI and PowerPoint etc
- Understand HR M&A, Post Merger Integration, HR Due Diligence, Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking
Ideally, you could also have
- Complete knowledge of an organization’s job grade, pay structure, job family architecture, job evaluation and job mapping process
- Strong awareness and experience in HR systems – HCM solutions
- Focus on key people-related programmes in recent career
- Show proactiveness to solve client needs and ability to manage any ambiguity
- Demonstrate high integrity and commitment to working in a new, challenging environment
- Demonstrate ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Open to travel internationally on global projects
- Any Rewards Specialized certifications are an added advantage
