Senior (Business Analyst)

We are seeking a dynamic, versatile and experienced Business Analyst who brings a unique blend of business acumen, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills. This role is ideal for someone who is quick, smart, and able to think outside the box. The candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, managing UAT cycles, supporting Request for Proposal (RFP), and delivering impactful presentations. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Working in the Integrated Mobility team at EY offers fantastic opportunities to develop client relationships early on in your career and to be involved in the day-to-day management of relationships and delivery of our services across a broad range of issues above and beyond tax compliance and advisory.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead specific modules within the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Assist the Product Owner in backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization.
• Propose innovative features and enhancements based on business understanding and user feedback.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation (Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Document, user stories, workflows, wireframes).
• Lead UAT planning and execution with internal and client teams.
• Manage defect triage, release coordination, and hyper care support.
• Guide and support junior analysts in their day-to-day tasks and professional development.
• Work closely with development teams to explain features, clarify requirements, and ensure successful implementation.
• Actively contribute to RFPs by preparing use cases, solution narratives, and client presentations.
• Understand and independently implement GenAI use cases that enhance business processes and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with Quality & Risk Management (QRM) requirements.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or implementation roles.
• Proven experience in UAT leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and documentation tools.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Agile (Scrum/SAFe) experience.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Exposure to SQL, Visio, Balsamiq, or Figma.
• Experience in RFP contributions and client presentations.
• Professional certifications like CSPO, PSPO, CSPO/PSPO/CBAP/PMI PBA Or PMP
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and use-case development.
