We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with total experience of 4+ years who can understand business requirement and other technical specifications.
Experience
- Should be technically strong on SQL, PLSQL and developing RICE components in Oracle Fusion environment.
- Proficient in BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.
- Proficient in writing HCM Extracts.
- Proficient in preparing HDL files for Data Load.
- Proficient in writing Fast Formulas.
- Should have worked on Data Migration, Integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with third Party Applications.
- Experience in creating HCM Extensions.
- Should have knowledge of Core HR module.
- Should have knowledge of Payroll module.
- Experience working on Integrations using webservices/REST Services
- Willing to learn and work on new technologies
- Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus
- Should have the ability to collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployments documents.
- Multi domain expertise and knowledge on other integration tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Any Oracle Certification is an added key advantage.
Must Have Skills:
- Must have minimum 4+ years of technical experience with at least 2 years of End-to-End implementations experience)
- Must have experience working of OIC using webservices/REST Services
- Excellent Oracle technical skills with the ability to build HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader Files.
- Must have experience in functional specifications, OTBI reports and analytics, configuration of Oracle templates in BI Publisher
- Must have experience in Oracle Core HR and Payroll module.
- Awareness of OIC would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions, in highly escalated situations, with executives, support & customer personnel.
