Job Title: Dynamics 365 Project Operations Manager
Position Overview: The Dynamics 365 Project Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Project Operations, ensuring that the solution is effectively tailored to support the organization's project management and accounting needs. This role involves leading a team of functional consultants and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive project management solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of full-cycle Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementations.
- Manage a team of functional consultants, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and IT to ensure the system aligns with business processes and project accounting requirements.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend system configurations to optimize project management and accounting operations.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 Project Operations to meet specific project needs.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or similar project management/ERP systems.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle ERP implementations, preferably within a project-based business environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly in Project Operations or related modules.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
