Manager – Talent Audits
The role of an Audit Manager encompasses the supervision of detailed audits throughout the various Talent COEs. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance HR procedures, verifying adherence to employment regulations, and proposing actionable strategies to refine the management of human capital. Additionally, the Audit Manager works in conjunction with HR executives to put into effect remedial measures derived from audit outcomes.

Your key responsibilities
- Formulate yearly HR audit strategies that pinpoint critical focus areas in line with organizational goals.
- Execute risk evaluations to rank auditing priorities and establish the extent of each audit.
- Craft and apply auditing techniques to gather information from diverse HR systems and operations.
- Guide audit teams through on-site examinations of HR functions such as hiring, orientation, performance evaluation, pay, benefits, employee engagement, and regulatory adherence.
- Scrutinize audit findings to detect patterns, instances of non-conformity, and potential hazards.
- Compile comprehensive audit reports that articulate observations, counsel, and practical steps for HR management.
- Deliver audit outcomes to leadership, highlighting observations, risks associated and any meaningful insights from audits conducted.
- Work in tandem with Process owners to create and execute corrective strategies derived from audit results.
- Monitor the advancement of remedial measures and confirm the successful application of modifications.
- Provide training sessions for HR personnel to deepen their comprehension of audit procedures and compliance obligations.
Skills and attributes for success
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in audit planning, execution, and reporting techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively present audit findings to senior management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage audit teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and influence change.
- Should have experience in Microsoft suite including MS- Excel & PowerPoint for leadership presentation
