CBS - C&I - Global Markets/Client Service :

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide  consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Own and manage the vulnerability management program end-to-end – discovery, triage, prioritization, remediation tracking and closure – across the software asset portfolio.
• Govern timely remediation of vulnerabilities identified through security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA, penetration testing) in partnership with engineering, DevOps and security teams.
• Build and run governance cadences, dashboards and reporting to track vulnerability aging, SLA adherence and remediation velocity for leadership and stakeholders.
• Embed vulnerability management into the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps.
• Analyze execution metrics and reports to identify trends, root causes and process gaps, and drive corrective action.
• Define and continuously improve processes, policies and standards for software asset risk governance.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, security, global governance and leadership, ensuring transparent and timely communication on vulnerability and risk posture.
• Program and Project management experience in technology environments, with strong exposure to DevOps and security testing practices.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management tools, processes and remediation workflows (SAST, DAST, SCA, penetration testing).
• Strong process orientation, attention to detail and a structured approach to program governance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from execution metrics and reports to drive action.
• Quick learner, able to build technical fluency across complex technical domains rapidly.
• Comfortable with emerging technologies and tools including the rapidly evolving AI landscape
• Understanding of business principles, software security and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to govern outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Master of Computer Applications

Experience

• 6- 10 years in software; 4-8 in technical program management
