Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations' performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proven experience in managing the delivery of complex software projects, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and the ability to adapt and apply best practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution.• Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle management, from concept through development to deployment and maintenance, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with company goals and customer needs.•Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and technologies, including expertise in programming languages such as  Python, or JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks and architectures.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of leading root cause analysis and implementing strategic solutions to technical and project-related challenges.• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide development teams, foster a collaborative team environment, and effectively communicate project goals, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.• Proficient in Agile project management methodologies, with extensive experience in implementing and leading Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP to drive rapid and flexible development processes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives.• Skilled in using Jira and other Agile project management tools for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting, with a deep understanding of configuring dashboards, setting up projects, and customizing workflows to optimize team productivity and project visibility.

Qualification

*        B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background
Experience
 6-8 years of experience, the following experience aspects are crucial:

• Leadership in Software Development Projects: Demonstrated experience leading and managing software development teams through the full product lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This includes experience in coordinating

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services related to computing, storage, and networking, enabling the design and deployment of scalable and resilient applications.
