Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital journeys on mobile platforms, particularly in trading and investment markets. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end trading domain knowledge, covering order placement, execution, settlement, and post-trade activities, and experience managing risks effectively while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder engagement. FX knowledge will be an advantage. This role involves managing two major initiatives:
• Brokerage (India) – Digital trading journeys for retail brokerage customers.
• Capital Markets – End-to-end trading and investment journeys for capital markets clients. ________________________________________ 1. Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile trading and investment journeys across Capital Markets for both Brokerage (India) and Capital Market (Global) markets.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Trading Teams, Operations, Technology & UX to define scope, delivery roadmap, release plans, and milestones.
• Drive project governance, including project planning, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensuring functional requirements for trading journeys are clearly translated and understood by development, testing, and design teams.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies across front-end apps, trading engines, OMS/RMS, risk systems, and settlement platforms.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage backlog prioritization.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution & sign-off, ensuring production readiness and stable delivery.
• Manage vendor and third-party interactions where applicable.
• Ensure all releases comply with regulatory expectations, cyber-security principles, and operational risk controls.
• Track delivery progress and ensure timely deployment of enhancements and new features across markets. 2. Qualifications & Skills Mandatory Skills
• Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets, specifically trading & investment journey workflows.
• Proven experience managing digital trading/mobile trading platform delivery end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in multi-market regulatory environments (e.g., India / SEBI, Global / FCA context).
• Ability to manage project roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk controls.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decision-making.
• Good understanding of order lifecycle (Order ? Execution ? Confirmation ? Settlement ? Brokerage/Fees).
• Experience working in Agile delivery models with distributed teams. 3. Desirable Skills
• Exposure to Capital Market (Global) trading and investment platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with: o OMS/RMS systems, FIX Protocol, Market Data Feeds. o Mobile UI/UX considerations for trading journeys.
• Experience managing vendors or platform implementation partners.
• Working knowledge of portfolio valuation, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting.
• FX domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Experience with FX trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg FXGO, Refinitiv FXall, 360T).
• Knowledge of API integrations.
• Understanding of real-time systems and latency-sensitive architecture.
• Managing multi-market, multi-currency environments.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance, Economics, Commerce, Technology or related). MBA / CFA / FRM is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience\t7-9 years total experience with at least 5+ years in Project/Delivery Management within Capital Markets or Trading Platforms.
