The role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, working closely with clients, product teams, architects, and engineering to translate strategic objectives into scalable, well‑governed outcomes.
This role combines client‑facing leadership, program execution, product ownership, and delivery oversight, and is critical to driving transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms, data, and AI‑enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Initiative Leadership

- Define program objectives, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Manage risks, issues, and trade‑offs across scope, cost, time, and quality.
Business Analysis & Value Definition
- Lead structured problem definition, requirements elicitation, and process analysis using workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria suitable for agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Articulate business value, outcomes, and KPIs (e.g., cost reduction, cycle time, touchless rates, productivity).
Product & Solution Ownership
- Act as product or solution owner for selected capabilities or platforms, owning roadmap prioritisation and backlog governance.
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards.
- Balance functional depth with technical feasibility, ensuring pragmatic and delivery‑ready designs.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, operations, and risk teams.
- Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities and expectations.
- Prepare and present clear, executive‑ready materials for SteerCo, leadership reviews, and design forums.
Technology Delivery Oversight
- Lead and govern end‑to‑end technology delivery, working closely with delivery managers, scrum masters, and engineering teams.
- Ensure disciplined execution across Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery models.
- Oversee UAT strategy, release planning, and transition to operations.
Governance, Risk & Assurance
- Ensure solutions meet control, audit, security, and compliance requirements.
- Establish traceability across requirements, design, deployment, and benefits realisation.
- Support design authorities and governance forums with clear decision points and evidence‑based recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- Engineering graduate with 12+ years of experience across business analysis, program delivery, product management, or technology consulting roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Experience working with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), data platforms, and digital/AI‑enabled solutions is strongly preferred.
Core Skills
