Position: Manager, D365 Finance & Operations

Experience: 6-10 years

Education: B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. (CS)/ MBA

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • At least years 6-10 years’ Experience in Dynamics technical design and development (X++, C#, SSRS and BI development)
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
  • Experience with Visual Studio and in .NET development
  • Experience of working on the Microsoft LCS framework
  • Experience in data migration (using DIXF, third party tools, Atlas and custom development)
  • Experience in integration development (web services, DIXF, .net custom client-server applications, knowledge of standard web services and integration protocols – oData, SOAP, JSON, REST, SSIS, direct SQL, Azure logic apps)
  • Knowledge of Azure development, Native Azure services and structure, Azure SQL
  • Experience on the Power platform – Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Experience of working on Azure Devops
  • Experience in environment and release management (ALM, TFS, Build processes, Environment management, Installation and configuration of AX and related components)
  • Experience with two or more MS Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Finance, Trade & Logistics and Commerce.
  • Should have good understanding in migrations in D365 and older versions of AX.
  • Working knowledge of process development and industry specific best practices
  • Participate in the management of the ERP system life-cycle, including performing analysis (where applicable), driving software architecture and design, development, integration and unit testing for major, minor and maintenance releases
  • Create, refine, and implement Technical design document and industry best practices
  • Create and review architecture models for business processes and services
  • Ability to organize, prioritize estimate and deliver tasks meeting deadlines
  • Confidence and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle lead developer role in implementations.

 

Qualifications:

  • B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. (CS)/ MBA
  • Valid Microsoft certifications (MS SQL Database, Dynamics F&O) would be an added advantage.
  • Good English skills (written and verbal), other languages welcome depending on location
  • Excellent communicative to work with internal and external resources
  • Hands-on, committed, team player with a clear emphasis being able to work independently, driven and enthusiastic.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in D365 F&O and AX2012
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
  • Experience with successful implementations (at least 4-6 years of experience on large projects)
  • Minimum 5 end to end implementations with Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Managing, resolving, monitoring performance issues within D365 environment.
  • Building / Managing a team of developers, critically reviewing work in order to both ensure code quality and provide ongoing training / mentoring to developers.
  • Ability to work in both team environment and as an individual contributor
  • Proven understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design

  • The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $XXX per hour.  Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
