- MS Dynamics CRM_ Senior Manager
Job purpose:
• EY GDS team is looking for a strong, motivated, independent, and energetic Senior Manager to drive all aspects of Stakeholder Management, Key Account Management, Region Demand and Sales Eminence. This role requires consulting skills and business knowledge to successfully deliver global CRM transformation programs in MS Dynamics.
Your responsibilities:
- Candidate must have proven expertise in relationship building across global regions, influence demands and regional penetration
- Candidate must have experience in leading large accounts for revenue growth, account planning and sales strategy
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to build, extend and maintain senior client relationships with CIO, CEO and CFO executive steering committee members.
- Candidate must have CRM experience and must understand each phase of Project Lifecycle, Program Risks & Issues & ability to lead client conversations on technology.
- Exhibit proven, deep knowledge of implementing methodology (SureStep) to deliver large, transformational business application implementations and its applicability with Onshore/Offshore deliveries.
- Detail understanding of MS Dynamics application landscape and should have hands-on Functional and Technical knowledge of delivering large global programs.
- Demonstrate experience covering all aspects of Pre-Sales from RFP response including Solution definition, Effort, Schedule & Cost and product demonstrations
- Ensure collaborative and proactive approach on improving quality, allying best practices and standards
- Exceptional communication, team building and mentoring skills

Qualification:
• 16+ Years of CRM Project Delivery Experience
• MBA/BTech from top Institutes
• Strong understanding of CRM deliveries through prior experience of managing a globally distributed team
