Duckcreek - Senior

Job Purpose: 

The Senior Developer in the Technology Consulting team will work on various Duckcreek policy implementation projects for our customers across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• A technical lead with strong leadership qualities and good knowledge in P&C Insurance.
• Will be expected to work in a team setting, providing guidance to the junior team members.
• Will be responsible to communicate status and updates to onsite and project manager.
• Should be able to give technical support/guidance and keep the project moving.

Experience/Skills Requirements:

• In depth knowledge in Duck Creek architecture and Policy functionalities.
• Good understanding of Policy and Billing and claims interactions, ability to understand and analyse business requirements.
• Experience on Pages/View Model, Rating, Forms, TransACT, Batch Script
• Familiarity with production support processes including incident and issue resolution
• Good to have knowledge of Duck Creek Platform or ISO template upgrade process
• Should possess strong analytical, communication, organizational and technology skills
• Deliver high-quality product-based customizations.
• Ability to implement complex solutions independently.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Communicate with cross team leads for any proposed design or solution while concurrently addressing technical issues and risks in a collaborative manner.
