The opportunity Manager-TAX-ITTS-EDGE PMO- Transfer Pricing

The ITTS EDGE PMO Manager plays a key role in the end-to-end coordination within several projects. This role is expected to anchor and collaborate with team members in setting up of project plans, regular monitoring of processes, ensuring controls are in place, risk analyses are performed for every process, adequate training of resources, establishing communication channels with various internal/ external teams for long terms' success.

Your key responsibilities

• Accountable for assigned projects and to project sponsors
• Lead a cross functional team to execute project to achieve project goals
• Responsible for planning and execution of activities required to meet project goals within the project budget and schedule constraints.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Higher education is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experiences.
• Advanced understanding and demonstration of project management methodology and associated tools (project start-ups, project planning, execution & tracking, etc.)
• Certified Project Management Professional a plus.
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.

Ideally, you’ll also have 

• Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Assemble a project team based on project needs and secure resources and budget. Organize, lead, and motivate project team.
• Lead project team to develop project plan according to project scope and requirements and execute the project plan.
• Monitor and control project performance to ensure the project is on track to achieve project goals. Work with project team or stakeholder to take corrective actions if project is not on track.
• Manage project budget, cost, and economics.
• Communication: report project status to stakeholders and facilitate project team meetings on regular basis.
• Manage project risks including identification and mitigation of risks.
