Job Title: MS Win Center Specialist

Job Summary: The MS Win Center Specialist is responsible for supporting activities across three core areas:

  • Go-To-Market activities, including internal education on EY Managed Services offerings and enhancing external market presence.
  • Account activation, collaborating with account teams to define account-specific propositions and assist in building the pipeline.
  • Supporting pursuits, including responding to RFPs and participating in client presentations.

 

The Solution Architect will work closely with Managed Services Solution Leads to leverage EY's global capabilities and resources, providing high-quality Managed Services solutions to address complex business challenges and facilitate clients' digital transformation journeys.

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

 

Go-To-Market Activities

  • Assist in educating GCSPs and account teams on EY’s Managed Services offerings, building confidence in these offerings, and preparing account teams to pitch Managed Services to prospective clients.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies, sales toolkits, and offering-specific content to enable solution leads and account teams to engage in discussions with clients regarding Managed Services.
  • Contribute to enhancing EY’s brand presence through participation in industry forums, online content, LinkedIn engagement, and EY-led round tables focused on Managed Services capabilities.

 

Account Activation

  • Identify accounts with potential opportunities for Managed Services through analysis of client relationships and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with GCSP and account teams to plan activation workshops aimed at uncovering Managed Services opportunities.
  • Work with Managed Services solution leads to develop client-specific propositions based on globally standardized solutions.
  • Assist in identifying strategies for engaging clients with Managed Services propositions.
  • Participate in client Wavespace activities to co-create propositions.
  • Support the growth of the Managed Services pipeline and track its progression.

 

Pursuits

  • Engage in responding to RFPs and assist in delivering presentations to clients.
  • Contribute to proposal writing, ensuring alignment with globally standardized solutions and maintaining historical proposal materials.
  • Support project management of proposals, ensuring timely submissions that meet client specifications and adhere to Managed Services and IT Operating Committee processes.
  • Communicate with various onsite and/or offshore stakeholders, including GDS and Client Technology, to ensure alignment on proposal content.

 

Supervision Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment with some guidance.
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Assist in assigning work and reviewing performance to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Relevant consulting experience in Big-4s, IT industry majors, or management consulting firms.
  • Understanding of solution/enterprise architecture and technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in creating and delivering impactful client presentations.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, including experience in Managed Services sales, solutions, and/or operations.
  • Proven track record of supporting Go-To-Market activities and business development.
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred.
