You will receive regular technical and on-the-job training and support, as well as opportunities on projects and assignments that will develop and challenge you to achieve your full potential.
You will sit in the GMx Win Centre and have the opportunity to work on large, complex, multi-tower Managed Services projects. The team is global, but your main focus will be across Asia-Pacific and involve supporting team members some of whom are based in Australia. As such there will be an expectation to start work at noon AEST for at least 3 days per week.
Your key responsibilities
- Use knowledge / experience in any of the following fields of expertise to establish creditability, including Risk, Tax, Finance, Technology Operate, HR, AI
- Work with MS Deal Architects, including:
- Work on solution design workstreams covering all aspects of people, process, data and technology/AI for pursuit
- Design of Target client solution, transition and transformation program, based upon repeatable and scalable operation models
- Build out input templates and key output deliverables that tie into standardized global pricing models
- Work on complex pursuits as the Business Architect with the relevant technical fields, collaborating with peer workstreams leaders, Service Line Subject Matter Resources, as well as other EY team members
- Provide input towards the design of the Managed Services offering over the pursuit lifecycle with particular focus on delivery components necessary to deploy a viable solution for our clients
- Capture knowledge and develop reusable artefacts from pursuits to support future pursuits
- Support development of standardized assets used across different offerings as well as different stages of the pursuit lifecycle
- Support pre-sales and sales activity

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5 to 12+ years of experience working in any of the following areas - Risk, Tax, Finance, Technology Operate, HR, AI (including areas of transition, service delivery management, project management)
- Advanced excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Business case analysis skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Managed Service operating models
- Ability to work effectively with teams and manage multiple priorities, including Ways of Working that align to Diversity, Equality & Inclusivity
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Strong Commercial acumen and understanding of market leading pricing models
- Solutions focus/problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, as needed
